Ive been trying for two years to transition into a position of higher responsibility with no success. There are no management jobs in my market, and I can't manage to get past second round interviews for TM and Agency Partner type roles. I worry that all people see when they look at my resume is just another sales agent and not someone who is consistently contributing to the success of our agency in other ways.

You need the leadership experience to show you are ready for leadership roles. It’s absolutely a catch-22. Do you think there are ways you could reword your resume to show the sales agent skills in a leadership style? Any mentoring, process improvement, cross-functional, or initiating ownership are all great words to drive home the leader's capabilities.

I currently mentor new agents and help experienced agents adopt new carriers as we expand our panel. I also have history in management where i hired, trained, and managed reps within a specific territory. I currently own my territory and am responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting to servicing.

Hi everyone!!! 24, M, looking to connect with another guy :-)

Hi Fishes,

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Do you all think I will be rejected?
