I’ve been with my company for 10 months and have had at least 7 NICB referrals & an estimated 25%+ of my claims being subject to SIU. The company doesn’t enforce proper verification of individuals when they call in on a claim, there’s no sharing of info when parties HAVE been identified as suspicious, and the we have limited access to accurate policy info/docs. I reported the activity to the ethics hotline and a week later, they put me on admin leave. No prior disciplinary action.Seeking advice.

New to fish bowl. I have been an insurance adjuster for 25 years. I work for State Auto Insurance. I have been with State Auto for a little over a year and to be honest it’s been the best insurance carrier I have worked for. They are hands off and let your claims experience run the claim process. The work culture is fantastic. Recently it was announced that Liberty Mutual would be acquiring State Auto. To say I’m a little disappointed is an understatement. Any thoughts from people that know LM?
