People don’t worry about the little things my friend always tells me! Had to take a dishwashing job due to some DUI problems, a starting over losing everything issue! At my job some of the people either act like they only speak Spanish or only speak Korean unless they call you five times on your only day off because the other dishwasher called in sick not showing up for work! Then everyone speaks perfect English! Just landed a new job! More money, four tens, great benefits! So I ordered an ICE shirt! I’m where my last week on the job! You know a little go f yourself for all the help with everything!

Unless you ask her outright, you’ll probably never know. I wouldn’t look too much into it, unless you are deliberately being excluded. Brush it off and act like it’s nothing, just interact with those who want to interact with you
Maybe she is threatened by you. Maybe she thinks you could replace her.
I have the same issue except it’s the owner of my restaurant. She constantly criticizes me, undermines my work, doesn’t value my experience or expertise, puts me down throws jabs whenever she can it’s gotten to the point here I actually dread going in everyday. The sad part is we’ve had discussions and yet her behavior is still the same. I’ve come to the conclusion that it isn’t me it’s def her. So I agree that you should pull her aside and speak to her about it and just flat out ask and if you end up in the situation like me where it doesn’t stop it’s def a them problem. Although it can be hard to work in those conditions. I am currently looking to find somewhere where I am valued and seen even a little. Good luck!
I’m currently looking to be honest it’s taken the joy out of cooking for me when a job does that? It’s like is it really worth it at this point???
Treat them with the same lack of manners whenever possible. If you yell at me, I yell back. You get impatient with me, I get impatient with you. Even if you are the boss. No one owns workplace frustration. Show them how happy it makes you to not meet their standards and how their criticism motivates and inspires you to be better. You can belittle a superior quite a bit without being insubordinate, if they do it first.
I’d not try to win her over. Aslong as your job is going well who cares! :)
Maybe she’s shy and doesn’t feel like she knows you yet.. why always jump to negative conclusions
