I've done two technical rounds in Sap, the last of which went quite well and had positive feedback from the interviewer. Waiting for a managerial round. One week later, I called HR, who said we would update. But still, I received no response from them. What could be the reason? Do I consider this as a rejection? I also saw that the applied position was removed and then reposted today on their career portal. My status shows inprocess.

Curious if anyone else is or has been in the same boat. I started as an assistant at an entertainment law firm prior to passing the bar. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.
