Is 60k a good salary for a Graphic Designer based in LA with 4 years of experience?

While doing full and final settlement, do we get salary settlement based on only weekdays or weekends are also included?

Example - Suppose my last day is Friday, then suppose I get X salary, now if my last Day is coming Monday, i.e. Saturday and Sunday included, will I get salary for Saturday and Sunday also, or just for Monday?
