I was just talking about this the other day. I miss everything about outside. If I knew what I knew now I’d have gone out more.

So true. I absolutely hate all the caution.
I just wanna be free. Not worry. I almost went into the office the other day because they’re allowing us back if we want to go back.

But I can’t go back. I’m not waking up an hour early just to get to work on time lmfao

I will continue starting work at least an hour past my shift 🤣

Hi guys...I was wondering...How good is the health insurance policy in IBM compared to TCS??
Any idea?

Has anyone used indeeds resume writing service and is it good? If not what do you recommend below $100

For those who work at @Databricks, I'm curious to know how often folks get promoted specifically within the Customer Succes organization? I heard of two 3-month cycles and wondering if that is true as in how many chances per year each employee gets to aim for promotion. Only asking bc I'm expecting a final offer and career growth is going to be a huge factor for me esp when I was aiming to promote here at IBM

When and how did you decide to live on your own? I live in HCOL city and want to save money, but I don’t know if it’s worth my sanity. I’ve never enjoyed living with friends and feel that I always compromise quite a bit as a result

Is it acceptable to start having convos with potential exits now, knowing I won’t leave til October?? Or too early?

Do you think locs play a role in not landing a job?

Anyone here a board member who’s under 30? Looking to join a junior board and not sure where to begin. Located in NYC.

I looked up Houlihan Lokey on glass door, and their average base pay is 92k for Financial Analysts (FDD Senior 1 equivalent I think) with an average cash bonus of 39k. Total average comp being 131k for basically a S1. Why aren’t more people talking about them? I know that’s not on A&M’s level but that’s pretty damn high. I’m genuinely curious.

It's 5:00 somewhere...

Thinking about leaving B4 external audit for an internal audit role in a big bank (financial services). 13% pay rise, and hybrid working. I’m wanting a job that allows the opportunity for future moves into other areas of banking, while also being somewhat stimulating (I find jumping from client to client boring and feel like external audit actually offers little value to companies - you never actually learn much in my opinion), and hopefully a decent WLB. Is this the right decision?

Anyone into NAS?

Can someone help me in renegotiating a better salary as the compensation recieved to me is quite low

First year dealing with K1s - How do you all deal with these when filing taxes (in a normal year when tax day is 4/15) given you get them after tax day? Do you finalize your taxes by 4/15, pay what you owe at that time (if necessary), and file for an extension to complete later in the fall when you have them all?

This is me

I'm going to be 32 this year. I have a good job, six figure salary, I would like to think I'm a nice person. All I want is to settle down and have kids and have a family. Is that too much to ask 😭

Client just pulled EM away to "talk". That feeling you used to get when you got in trouble in school and you wondered if the teacher called your parents already as you open the door...
