I struggled with that too but here's what I came up with. I've done some where I basically say that I want to grow and to learn as much as I can to bring more to the team and that in the long run, I would love to be a manager or whatever that equivalent is. It sounds great and it's something that is reasonably attainable no matter where you go. It's great for any job regardless of where you're applying. If you can, put some of the skills you've learned into your answer. It sounds good and it generates interest with the interviewer.

The entire point is they want to see what you have planned in your future. They want people that will stay for a good amount of time, not long enough for you to get decent and leave.
Be honest. I am planning on going to school next year, or I want this to be a part time role during school until I start my career, or I would like to advance and grow my career with that company.

I guess it would be to gauge your longevity in the industry and potentially with them as an employee.
Of course but not everyone looks to go up, I guess lying is the way forward haha
