I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them. Received a pretty nice job offer (40% bump) but I really don’t feel qualified for the position. I’ve clearly stated my experience and the new company is still extremely interested in me. The WLB would be way better than my current job, but I feel like the folks I’ve interviewed with are insanely intelligent and I worry that I won’t live up to their expectations. Do I go for it?
