I’ve had a week off annual leave and come back today and been completely bombarded by 2 colleagues whilst I was away, ringing my phone multiple times a day following up with a text message etc….. and the minute I’m starting back at work I get a further 2 phone calls from them trying to get hold of me, not even giving me a chance to switch my laptop on! This was not an urgent matter either!
Has anyone else ever dealt with needy desperate colleagues that need everything done yesterday!?

Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. So my query is will they call me for next round?I really wanna get selected since Deloitte is mydream company
