My previous employer.. I had to do it loudly and boldly.. We came to discover we had policies that were not inclusive for Transgender employees (employee housing/roommate gender rules). I essentially had to break existing policy and just make an empowered decision and then tell the company after the fact. It forced important conversations on the subject and forced us to catch up with current times. Since then the company has made incredible strides on DE&I in all areas.

Latinx - help! We used this term in our diversity spotlight discussing Hispanic Heritage Month. One individual said that in English a group of Latinos would just be Latins to be gender neutral. Get out of these shit IT corporate world.

Start preparing for SSC CGL(mainly target this exam). There are a hell lot of opportunities if you clear this exam and these jobs provides a lot of job respect in the society.
Even if the salary is 60-70k (starting salary) but the job security and the facilities are simply incomparable with the IT jobs.

Don't waste your time & energy in the ruthless labor market just for money.
