I've interviewed at Google for the past 10 years with no offers on 4 roles. The last time I didn't get an offer was 3.5 years ago. I'm blessed and frustrated.

I'm back on the job market but can't seem to get even a recruiter screen with a referral. I passed hiring assessment over the summer. Do candidates have a block after not passing hiring committee those other times? Or a rule to wait a period of time before re-applying? Advice or insights appreciated.

Salam. 23M here - all my life I’ve had my back on our faith - never really prayed but had imaan (I guess). After bouts of depression from girl problems (🙄), issues within immediate family, being disappointed expectations I had for myself, etc. I’ve been working on bettering my situation over the years.
