Hi! I currently work at a hospital as a per diem pharmacist and have been there for over 12 years. We haven’t had a raise in over 6 years. I am going to talk to my boss soon to ask for a raise. I need to ask for a raise and I am doing some salary research. Due to the size of the business, my graphic design role has become more than just that since I also attend, socialise at and document social events and expos.
