I’m starting the IVF process and planning to do my first egg retrieval in early June. I’m hoping to do back-to-back retrievals due to my age and hoping to have at least a few healthy embryos before we try our first transfer. If you are US licensed attorney, how do you handle questions on GDPR? I am a junior in privacy practice in Big Law and am just trying to navigate this correctly. Was just on a call where a U.S. attorney gave a bunch of GDPR advice, and I just didn't realize that was ok?

Am I allowed to advise on GDPR compliance, even if not licensed in the EU? Does it make a difference if I am CIPP/E certified?

I’m scared because I’m almost 50 and I’m afraid I might catch the virus and die leaving behind my 1 month baby and a wife who is not legal in the state yet!
