It's 3 days a week, and you can't do 12 days straight.

Please let me know if the Target STI is part of the CTC, as the Total Annual Compensation was mentioned in the proposal but not in the offer letter, in offer mentioned fix + STI 15%.. but total annual compensation part not mention as in proposal.
