What will the project dynamics be on a project staffed with 3mdps, a PL, and myself, a summer UG intern? Just got staffed and will be hearing more on Monday from the team, but it came across as an interesting staffing composition.
Have the feeling I'll be making quite a few slides as the only junior. Anyone staffed on a similar case composition?

Well you have two options 1. Don’t take the offer, and not get the job you want. 2. Explain your situation, and potentially get the deferment or potentially lose the job you want.... just be honest and ask
Just ask. No one has ever gotten an offer rescinded because they asked to have the start date moved out
Agree with BAML plus it’s super hard to find great candidates, if you are a great long term fit they’re not going to mind waiting. I’d shoot for May though so you get a decent chunk of work in before it quietens down for summer. Think of YE if nothin else!
Depends which firm
TBH you might have to move your honeymoon to Feb/March. If I were the employer I would allow for 1 month's delay but 3 months is almost eternal in an EB.
Another option they might take is to have you join now and let you take the time off as (un)paid leave. I had this happen and the new firm just treated it as a vacation
