I have a total of 5.5 years of experience with current CTC as 11.5 lpa.
I have a offer from Infosys of 17 lpa
But my company wants to retain me and they are giving me an opportunity for Canada onsite in return of retention(no raise or bonus)
Please suggest me, if i should take the onsite opportunity or keep looking for counter on my current offer.
I have 70 days of Notice Period left.

Where are After-Tax 401(k) and employer contributions tracked by the IRS? It doesn’t look like they’re on W2. I know the employer + employee contributions have a $58,000 max for 2021. If I worked at two companies and had match + Roth + After-Tax exceed 58k, how would Uncle Sam know?

Buying a house with monthly expense of $4900, although my current rent is only $2350. My total HHI with my husband is about $310K. I’m feeling weary of spending this much but we live in a HCOL area near a major city and we have high taxes. It’s hard to find anything decent under $800K. One of the best pieces of advice I received is to avoid micro-managing executive staff (agency leadership), as it puts downward and unwelcome pressure on people’s managers and ultimately oneself. Based on your experience in the last 2 years are there:
- Agencies you would steer clear from because their leadership micromanages
- Agencies you would recommend because their leadership gives you room to grow
