I have CSP credit card and 76k unused points on it but want to switch to CSR credit. What should I do ? Is there a way to downgrade the CSP card and still keep the points ? Thanks!

How do you interpret when a co-worker keeps saying something is confusing, even after you explain it numerous times? I don't want to go into details on here but I swear, it is very simple. No matter how many times I explain, they find a way to bring it back up, copy other people on emails to talk about it, and send me random messages complaining about being confused. Every time, I address as best I can. It's starting to feel like a jab, game, something to make me look stupid. Thoughts?
