Are there any fully remote lawfirms, ie you don't have to live in the state they have offices? I recently left a large lawfirm to go in-house which came with a huge paycut that is not going to be sustainable long term, but needed a remote position to be able to move. I'd like to keep my current job part-time but get back in a lawfirm too.

Had only one call with my TL in first two months. Few weeks later, on workday I noticed that my TL got reassigned. Contacted him and have setup regular catch-ups. He dropped a bomb that he is leaving and I will be reporting to partner. Partner is time poor and no feedback is offered. This is my first consulting role and I feel I am not receiving enough support. Few people are helping to learn the ropes but WFH has exacerbating the problem. Happy to have just received my promotion to senior manager after a very challenging year, backed by an even more challenging year prior.

I’m a Senior Manager at PwC and on 125K + super. It feels painfully low given I have 8 years in consulting (including 5 at PwC). What’s a reasonable SM Consulting Salary in the country? Am I on a low Salary for PwC standards? These bands are hard to make sense of and tbh the markets hot in Aus / I think I finally want to jump ship...
