Resume keeps getting rejected at Atlassian
I recently applied at multiple positions at Atlassian but my application keeps getting rejected. Before switching to my current org , i had given Atlassian interview for frontend in April and i using the exact same resume just with the update of current org. I Had cleared all rounds back then but was rejected without any feedback i am confident i will clear it this time can someone help me with the resume review?

I have tried resume display service, I found it useful as it attracted profile views, and daily update.
But, if your resume is bad or not ATS friendly then even with paid services wont work

To be honest, absolutely no need, HRs are already ch****n ch****as, if you are out of there budget they will not consider your profile, even if you are the paid naukri profile. been in IT industry for more than decade, seen many things.
Best way is keep your profile and skills updated 100% to the job description.

Nehi khas kuch benifit nehi. Paid version has a manager, so they will ATS your resume. that's only
I have also used the paid service - Resume display to be exact on multiple ocassion (2-3 times) and while it may not guarantee you an interview, but definitely the views on your profile increases and your resumes gets viewed/downloaded more and sometimes it also translates into an call from the HR.
The usefulness of the service also depends on what your skillset is - whether it's a high demand one like a software engineer or coder or you are into niche skills.
