Lately I’ve been reflecting on how I want to work and the kind of impact I enjoy making. I’m beginning to explore contract / consulting roles that offer flexibility while still doing meaningful, high-quality work.

I’m looking for some tips and ways to negotiate with the new company for granting me a new joining date or to buy me out of notice period and thereafter join in for the new job.
