I’m here to seek some guidance over a doubt of mine. I am joining a new company and they wants me to join on 21st November . But I have a notice period of 30 days which I’m supposed to serve in my current company.

I’m looking for some tips and ways to negotiate with the new company for granting me a new joining date or to buy me out of notice period and thereafter join in for the new job.

Many years ago, was fired from a contract job after I reported harassment I observed. I’m applying for a job in a sister company that I know managers speak. Should I be upfront about being fired since really I did nothing wrong, or just wait and see? Basic pay - 332000
HRA - 166000
Pf - 39840
Contribution to nps and rfb - 292160.

Can I get an idea of what could bey in hand salary here?

Do any Agency Producers feel stuck? We are called upon to find the impossible and make it happen on time and on budget. Find the perfect vendor/collaborator to work with. Be strategic, creative and logical all the same time. But recently as things are changing I just wonder if that role will go away or morph into something else. Anyone else feeling something similar? I'm working in Salesforce Automation Testing part where I customize salesforce and use automation.

I got selected as Salesforce Developer in new org will that be a issue? I performed well in interview also
