Few weeks back I got call from TCS and cleared telephonic technical round. After few days HR called and told that next video round will be scheduled and asked me to share ERP number. I shared ERP number and still waiting for them to schedule video round. It’s been more than a week HR called but still they have not scheduled video call. Any suggestions what should I do?

How long should it take to put together a closing set? (M&A)

My company cut staff to 4 days/wk to save funds. I was getting requests from coworkers for docs needed urgently on our day off (fridays). I would oblige them. But then, I learned that those same coworkers had been put back to 5 days because they were deemed “essential“. I felt foolish and decided to stop working on fridays. One EVP (not the GC) in particular has been aggressively texting/calling me on fridays. How Do I tactfully respond? My out-of-office email is not enough of a hint...

Any tips for a partner track associate trying to balance an older partner who has a "my way or the highway" personality and support staff who are human and don't do well with partner's personality? In less than two years we have been through 3 legal secretaries and feel like our current one is one month in and already over it. My wife failed a tenancy referencing on the grounds of employment and pay because she is on mat leave. We have more than sufficient savings to cover rent for the whole year and yet she failed and the reason they stated is ‘we are not sure she will return back to work after X month’. Isn’t that discriminatory in nature and worth a legal fight? Worth adding she is getting full pay for 6 months, goes back to work after 8 months and the 7/8 month pay is only statutory of £650.

What are your thoughts on inflation based salary revisions? I see many voices stating that inflation should not be brought up in salary negotiations and I struggle to understand why. The company is revising project fees in light of inflation, why shouldn’t that trickle down to employees amid increased living costs? Please advise
