I have an offer from Mercer to join as module lead with 12.5 fix CTC and annual incentive plan which is not clearly mentioned in offer letter. My joining date is 31st October so as per company policy anyone joining after 1st oct won't be eligible for appraisal cycle nor for annual incentive plan..which makes my package 12.5 lacs for next one and a half year.
Not sure if it would be a wise decision, current CTC is 9.08 lacs Mercer

My first boss. He was everything I'd like to be as a leader, at work and in life in general. Always managed to get everyone to work well without being an overbearing micromanager. Super likable guy which definitely helped. I'm not the world's hardest worker by any stretch of the imagination, but I always did my best when I was there because I didn't want to let him down when he always went to bat for us.

That kind of leader really makes all the difference. When someone trusts you, supports you, and actually has your back, it naturally makes you want to give your best. It’s proof that good leadership isn’t about micromanaging, it’s about respect and trust.
I think real leadership in our industry looks like someone who gets in the trenches with their people. It is someone who steps up when we are slammed and does the same job the rest of us are doing rather than saying that isn't their job anymore. I have had both types of managers, and someone who works alongside you always gets my respect.

Love this question. I have this one manager that always sees the human in us. Especially if we have bad days at work. She is selfless and always there when we need her. She leads a great team and is always helpful when needed. She inspires me to be the best worker I can be.
