What’s everyone’ salary expectations for a claims adjuster (any line of business) at these various stages: 1-5, 6-10, 10+ YOE. Which line pays the most?

Marketing Career: When should I move to the director level? I have 4-5 years of Growth Marketing experience and my salary is stuck at $100k. I want to make $200k within the next year - what should I do?

Its base is 15L, and I'll be getting 124800 in-hand.

I have 3.5 yoe in typescript/react/NEXTjs fullstack. Out of which only 10 months are on a full time role, rest of time was freelancing.

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH. There is talk of bringing everyone back to the office full time and that’s not what I would like to happen. I’ve been searching for a new position in which it would be a remote role. So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle.
