Suits? Are you a litigator?
$40,000 to $50,000 a year. Give or take.
Since I started in 2023, $0. Litigation.
I bought a suit jacket at JC Penney in 2011. It does the job.

Annual spend: 0-4 work shirts, 0-2 wool slacks, 1 accessory. Havent bought or needed a new suit in years.
I own two nice suits. I've had them for years. I have several work dresses that are high quality that I bought second hand years ago too, so probably also $0.
Oh, I just realized you're a partner. Disregard. You probably see clients in person and should for sure spent money on clothes.
I bought 4 suits from Macys like 3 years ago and that’s my rotation. If someone I worked with wore the same suit everyday I would barely notice lol.

I don’t currently own any suits.

I have like four Peter Millar quarter zips I alternate and two pairs of J Crew chinos (the stretchy ones. Have been using for the last four years. So like $600.
Maybe $200. I don’t have to wear my suits often so they don’t see much wear and tear. Pants or shirts that get holes get patched by me or the wife. Most of the cost is buying a couple of pairs of shoes every other year to alternate between.
I've bought 2 new suits since I started and will buy a new one as a fourth year since I'm getting fatter. So about $1.5K amortized over 4 years
