Case load= malpractice? Small plaintiff’s firm of 25 attorneys. I was a 2 year associate hired and given 50 active files in pre litigation status. 9 mos later a partner quit and I inherited 45 more. Looking for some advice on a career change. I work in a technical role and have well-developed soft skills. I want to transition to UX (w/ focus on accessibility). There are a lot of UX educational programs out there, some very new, e.g. Dribbble, and costs are all over the place - General Assembly is $15k (and full-time), CareerFoundry almost $8k, and then many others at a fraction of the price. Reviews also vary wildly. Are these more expensive programs worth the huge increase in cost?

I joined a project that had already started and the team already settled on creating a user journey map, even though none of them are designers or in ux. I also have no experience in this field as I'm a data engineer. The user journey map was for mapping out the process for tenants finding housing assistance, so not a technical product.
