Getting up at the last possible minute to take my medicine, then shower. My clothes are set out the night before. Brush teeth, pack lunch if I didn’t do that the night before also. Then grab a breakfast bar and go to car.
Sea salt protein coffee sounds wonderful!!!! I have a similar routine. I take a little time to just be….have my coffee relax pray do a audio or read a bit. Just 20 min gets me in a good place then I pack up lunch etc and out the door. I get up early to have 1.5 to 2 hours before I leave
My morning routine includes feeding the dog and cat, choosing which top to place on my Pair Eyewear, and making a mocha latte :) My breakfast of choice is a handful of pecans with chocolate chips.
Where do you get the pair eyeware? Ice been seeing them on Social media, but haven't been brave enough to try them
Up at 5:15. Shower then get 3 kids up. Crying yelling fighting. Eat my oatmeal with brown sugar cinnamon and banana. Go outside to feed chickens and horse. In the car by 6:20 to drive 70 miles to school. Kids all have a pillow and blanket and back to sleep for them. I get about an hour of silence on the drive.
I get up at 3 AM to have my 4 cups of black espresso, feed and play with my GSD. I then take a shower, get dressed and get to work 2 hours early by 5 AM to get my day started.
Wakr at 5:30. Shower, get dressed, take the dogs out, feed the dogs while packing up my lunch, take my meds and eat a banana while I'm running out to the car to leave by 6:15.
Hit the snooze button at 6:15, again at 6:25 and 6:35. At 6:45 I get up, take meds. Sit on the bed for a few while I contemplate life and waste time. Throw on leggings or capris and a shirt, wake one daughter and check to see if the other daughter is awake. Water the house pets, grab a premade PBJ and a protein drink for breakfast and whatever leftovers I am having for lunch and get in the car. Drive and eat/drink. Arrive before 7:30 to whichever school I am scheduled for that day.
I shower at night after all the animal chores and parenting are done.
This is very similar to my morning routine and I absolutely love it. I love a quiet morning with no rushing around and I get so annoyed when some interrupts that time for me in the morning haha.
