The value is now over 400K and I have an equity of over 150K. We are thinking of moving to a different state.Should we rent this place ($2400/month) and with recent refinance my mortgage will be $1600/month(inclu pay all) or sell it to pull out equity for the new home in a different state? I have been trying to get a job since 2021.went on maternity in 2020....was doing freelance meanwhile.
Now it's soo tough to get a job...i have been applying endlessly..people call take details and not get back.
Companies take round of interview .ask for pay slips ..bank statements and then stop picking calls..dnt reply to messages..
I dropped emails complaining the same..
.but again no reply ..god knows what is wrong with this field of architecture ..neither they wanna pay and not revert back
