I have around 2 years of experience with Forms 1065, 1120 and ASC740

Software knowledge- GoSystems, OIT, FAS and Corptax

A partner I work for keeps asking for ETA's on assignments I have already submitted to the senior associate on the deal for review. Does it sound like I'm throwing the senior associate under the bus if I say I have already submitted to senior associate and am waiting for feedback? I feel like the partner will get upset at me even more if my answer sounds like I haven't submitted the assignment to the senior associate yet.

Any advice on how to find new creative interns in NYC? We aren’t a big agency but we have some great opportunities!

Def hate the ageism about it when interviewing. I dress in athleisure wear most of the time outside. Do I need to dress more adult then? I know I don't NEED or SHOULD and can do whatever I want, but there's something about it that makes me feel uncomfortable/I'm doing something wrong to give them the "wrong" idea that I'm younger than 30s. Like I'm lying or smthg.
