Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Hit up Miami ad school. They have a job listing they send out and also place a lot of interns at places
1: portfolio review - I have an amazing process drawn up for this. Happy to share with you.
2: Contact local art/portfolio schools. They’ll post your internship opportunity for you
3: create a job posting specifically for the internships and post to your website etc
4: ask for internal referrals
Post your opening with We Are Next
Shillington jobs board—great for recent grad/entry level designers
You could also post it to NYC ad jobs & networking Facebook group.

I can put you in touch with the Director of a graduate program at one of the CUNY schools. The program is focused on developing portfolios for entry level positions and they’re always looking for agency contacts.

Post the individual opportunities on LinkedIn with role descriptions clearly outlined.
Post on Indeed. Also, make a LinkedIn post and have people circulate by liking and sharing. I like all job posts I come across so job seekers in my network can find them.
