I do mass/class cases and hold a couple leadership positions (these were competitive to get). What should salary be and when should I make partner. I’ll add I work remote and pretty autonomously. Little contact with partners or anyone at my firm.

Anyone here in-house @ Coinbase? I was recently contacted by a recruiter and I’m interested in the role, it’s fully remote, and it looks like comp is very competitive. I’ve searched fishbowl and Glassdoor reviews and see a huge variance in comments about WLB but the vast majority are from software engineers. I’ve also read the Coinbase blog posts about their culture and it sounds like they readily admit it’s intense. I’m really curious what your experiences are, WLB-wise, in legal. Thanks!

Are Deloitte and Deloitte Consulting completely different companies? And if so, does that mean that Deloitte Consulting can provide consulting services to a Deloitte audit client? If that's the case, then why did they reportedly consider copying EY's upcoming split. It seems like they already did that split log ago and somehow keep the same name essentially for both companies. If anything, is EY copying Deloitte here? What's the difference?
