Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .
Kindly comments if anyone have idea .

There’s a website with a good recruiter called insurance nerds. But a regular career coach and resume writer can help as well. Doing the same thing for 17 years you may need help translating your experience into new roles. I’d start there before randomly contacting recruiters they just want to put a square peg in a square hole and get their commission they won’t help with career shifts it’s not their job.
You clearly bring a lot to the table. I’d look for smaller firms or startups that are more open to training, and honestly, LinkedIn can be gold for finding recruiters. Try posting your story there like you did here. People eat that up and share leads.
I totally hear you—it can feel like so many companies want “entry-level” applicants but still expect years of experience and licenses upfront. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re willing to learn and ready to start fresh.
