LTIMindtree, HR started my pre-BGV before sending the offer letter. It has been 13 working days since the pre-BGV started, but I have not received any update from HR or the BGV team. However, on the portal, the status has been showing “Offered” since before the pre-BGV started.

So can you tell me how many days it usually takes for pre-BGV to be completed? And after BGV, they will not directly mark me as rejected, right? Because I have not received any update in these 13 working days.

What is the maximum Salary someone can get in Enterprise architecture or Aws cloud architect, i am only seeing management folks getting 50 plus in 19 years experinece..?

Hi I was interviewed by Capgemini in December 2021 and surprisingly they called in February 2022 for second round.

1. When can i expect call from hr?
2. I was thinking it is not genuine as they did not had clarity for which they were interviewing me. However in both round people who interviewed had email id with domain of Capgemini.

Did it happened with anybody else?
