Any young professionals consider moving to Middle East for work?
Curious if I would be considered since they usually want a lot of experience. I'm a mechanical eng with about 5 YOE.

Through a lot of comp discussions I heard a lot of talk of “making you whole” when things get better. Am I drinking the kool-aid by believing this? Is this just meant to prevent further questions that the firm does not know the answer to?

How do I get more involved in team room conversations? Any practical tips? I have good comebacks in my head just have trouble voicing them

It's more than 90 days and I have not received my fnf ,even though I have served my notice period,whenever I am following up they say that the team is working on that , even though I have looped higher management like vp, senior manager but not getting any help.
