Managers, I need your honest opinion on this. I was put on below expectations for mid year review. The main reason is im not in the office often. My ex manager (who moved to another dept after a month) moved me recently to another group to help since they are short staff. per policy if you are below expectations you will be on PIP. Can I advocate for myself and bargain not to put me on PIP instead just put me on coaching so Im still eligible to transfer. I want to move on from this dept!

Current student looking for advice.
