Amenities include a big gym and a rooftop with the best Manhattan views (Empire State, Chrysler, Hells Kitchen, Hudson River sunsets).

Is it OK to switch only after 2-3 months of joining?

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

I want to leave my captive company. I don’t think I am ready to be totally on my own even with a cluster group etc. There is an option to be subcontractor in another independent company. Why would a luxury watch brand make/sell connected or smart watches? What is the business reason for it? To me it just kills the brand value. For instance I was a big fan of Montblanc but after I see their smart watch line up I instantly devalued the brand in general. Same for Tag (tag is questionable anyways), or Breitling. I’m visiting fam & have a fully furnished 1 BR apartment with a large private terrace with grill, reclining sun chairs, lounge chairs, and outdoor 6 seater table in Midtown East available for month-to-month rental.

Full service, doorman building with elevators and laundry. The bldg gym is also open using an online appointment system.
