Hi all, what salary range would be good for Head of Content (UX writing+ content strategy + direct reports) who reports to VP of Product at a series B, fully remote fintech company?
(MBA, 5+ years experience)

Looking for a remote/hybrid/onsite (Calgary,Alberta) job for my boyfriend who got almost 5 years of experience in proposal writing, RFP, RFI and bid management for a civil engineering firm. He also got an MBA, non drinker, non smoker, clean driving abstract and very polite. He gave out tons of cv in indeed job posters for the past 5 months, ends up becoming the filler candidate, took a huge toll in his mental health and we are going through some very rough patches. What happens if a startup is acquired before every employee’s Cliff period ends?

I understand the possibility of that happening is crazy, but do we just not get any equity?

It’s kind of niche working in financial planning software as my background is financial planning. What kind of jobs are out there that might translate well and would have good earning potential?

Medicaid plans are so dysfunctional. Has anyone else experienced this? I feel like I’m being gas lighted after working for big commercial enterprises and now working on a Medicaid plan. I’ve never seen so much resistance to change or legit resistance to doing anything to improve operations.

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. And even if I try to talk to him for something he is completely rude. Sometimes it makes me that I m completely useless. Even the other team members are following the lead
