If a firm has multiple openings that you’re interested in, is it a good or bad idea to apply to more than one position? I’m a third year interested in retooling from lit to general corp, but they prefer someone with 3+ years of corporate experience. They’re also looking for an M&A with 1+ years, so it may be easier to aim for that, but I’ve heard horror stories re WLB for M&A. Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.

Hi! I have been working in marketing and advertising for ~5 years and recently started exploring the freelance side of things. I started conversations with a small boutique studio about doing Facebook ads for them and they asked what my retainer fee would be to manage them. Since I’ve always worked for a company that was hired to do it I am not entirely sure what a freelance rate for that should be? I would love any insight. I’m certified through meta’s platform too if that matters.
