Hello Buddies.I currently work in TCS with total IT experience of 6.10 years and salary 13 LPA. Prior to TCS was working in Wipro and was getting 15 LPA. TCS being 4th company I am heavily underpaid thanks to worst paying policy of TCS.
Due to frustrations over less salary here I started giving interviews and finally cracked OFSS(Oracle Financial Services Software).Got offer from OFSS for 21 LPA fixed. How is WLB, work culture and job security in OFSS?I will be part of product development team.

Current CTC : 10
YoE: 6.9

How much can we ask reasonably, salary slab?

Also heard job security is bad at JPMC

I’ve worked for 2 big four firms in internal positions within compliance/regulatory for a total of 6+ years and am ready to make a move. What is my next best one? Is it totally impossible for me to go to a law firm?

I have used my connections to refer me into probably 10 big law firms and it’s not working. One most recently came back and said they aren’t interested bc I have no law firm experience. How am I supposed to get it though? I can’t go to lower ranked firms bc my clients are all “big.” … any suggestions appreciated!
