So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.
Marketers, I feel ya 🤣😂
- including a picture isn't recommended on eesumes
- this resume format will be hard to read for the ATS. I would switch to a traditional template
- remove months to reduce bias about time spent in different roles
- I would have an expertise section. I would call it "Skills" or change to a technical proficiencies section
- facilitated and managed are not strong action verbs. They sound moee administrative
- your bullets are too short and unclear
I would find a resume writer to rework your experience bullets

Hi Mikey, I think your resume can use some updates. Such as using digital marketing over online marketing. And removing your photo.
What level positions are you looking into?

Yes associate and assistant level would be good. But definitely update your resume to a traditional format. The personal below provides some helpful tips. I’ll check out your LinkedIn as well.
Adding some freebie bullet examples:
1. "Increased subscription based revenue by 5% with new
2. "Delegated media projects to team of # and led ideation during daily standup meetings."
3. "Directed creation of all digital creative assets including video and static graphics."
Thank you!
Hello fellow Terp! You’ve gotten some good tips above. I see a lot of buzzwords and (maybe overly specific) action verbs in your bullet points, but after reading your resume, I still don’t feel like I actually know what you’ve done in your roles. I’m not a professional resume writer or recruiter, but happy to review it further if you want to reach out on LinkedIn.
Remove the photo. That's not a suggestion. Any recruiter or website, such as Indeed, will automatically remove resumes with photos because they are trying to prevent discrimination. Scoff, laugh, and roll your eyes, but remove the photo. That way your resume can get through one level of screening.
It's already been proven that these resume formats don't get read by major companies due to ATS. Use a generic resume since you are not in a creative role.
