Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

For 80% employee no hike was rolled out in last 2 years, and now only meger top up will happen.
This clearly says new project pipelines are dry. No prospect.
Reward for Referring someone in PS has increased to 66k - 1.2L. This is a clear indication of brand reputation in market, and no one is willing to join.
People in and around Gurgaon and Noida treat this as best option near to their house, and hence, they are the most long timer. No of people from Bangalore who has been eith PS for long is far less.
They pay higher initially to attract talent, but then your salary hike remains flat. Work pressure is very high in most projects.

Fixed Merit Increases for Eligible Senior Managers and Below: Building on the salary adjustments made earlier this year for most Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, and Senior Managers as part of our amended bonus program, most eligible Senior Managers and below will receive a further top-up with a small incremental Merit increase. This will be a fixed percentage increase, based on geography.
This means for all technically eligible and same hike across the board but a small one like 3-6%
