YOE: 11.5 Tech: QA Automation with Selenium-Java, BDD, API automation, Mobile Automation - Perfecto cloud, Appium. All the 11 years I am with automation only. Is it possible for me to learn new technology and switch. Recently acquired AWS cloud practitioner certification which is of no use to me now as they are asking for exp. Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

I am working on a project to built OKR and KPI software for performance prediction. The tool that helps companies track KPIs and predicts business performance using these KPIs. This does two things for the business 1) creates visibility around performance individuals, departments and business as a whole and 2) enables businesses to predict outcomes for the next month, quarter etc.

I am interested in is knowing, a) if companies track KPIs and how do they do it b) (to be continued in comment)

How long did it take you to find a new role once you committed to a job change? We are expecting our organization to change directions and our team need to make some changes. While I plan to make the change proactively rather than being laid off, I am also looking at my savings account to make sure I have adequate funds in case I get surprised. Thank you for your advice! I also welcome any firms to look at for ERP, Oracle preferred, consulting, implementation, and support.
