I previously worked at a doctors office as a care manager for 4 years, but outside of my academic work I don’t have experience in research. How much should a person with a Masters in pharm/tox expect to make?

I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.
