My 2 yo son is having a biting problem. Multiple times a week, sometimes multiple times a day.

He did the same thing last year when they moved him up into the 1 yo class, which they were concerned about then but he was even younger then. The biting died off - still occasional but nothing too terrible.

Now it's come back with a vengeance. Our daycare does free screenings with an occupational therapist and suggested having him screened for impulsive behavior.

Anything else I should try?

I’m up for a promotion at work and I have no idea how much to ask for since it’s not a standard position. Currently I’m a team lead and manage about 8 technicians, my promotion will be to a regional service delivery manager, and I will be managing over 30 in 3 locations. I went from a tier 1 engineer in managed servers to team lead with about a 10k increase in salary.I’m thinking about a 15k increase this time from 65k to 80k.
