My assistant left 3 years ago. Management repeatedly assured me that a new assistant would be provided. I continued to request help and management ultimately stated that they could not find anyone to fill the role, but suggested that if I located someone myself, there might be limited funds available in to hire them. This occurred when management knew I had been hospitalized twice for atrial fibrillation. As a result of continued late nights, I was hospitalized and placed on medical leave.

I come from a target school in India (say MBB / T2 hires from my college every year) with ~1 YOE in consulting - based in Dubai. Would the stated firms consider me for a BA role (lateral hire as an experienced BA)?

How much weight does brand name consulting firms have on top MBA programs? For example, is it significantly better to work for MBB firms vs. big 4 vs. well known specialized boutique firms?
