Looking at an offer from a global cpg company for a assistant medical marketing role in canada. Base pay is 86k. Wanted to ask if that’s fair compensation? My current role is that of a senior consultant and I earn 94k but the environment is abusive and toxic and I really want to get out.

Hey Fish, I’m a sr operations analyst at f50 retailer and currently getting my MBA online. Anyone have any advice on how to break into operation (non-tech) consulting. YOE 4-5 years. Exp in supply chain and operations.

I interviewed for a role with the actual hiring manager more than two weeks ago. After that, the hiring manager gave great feedback, set up a group interview 2 days later. That went great as well and I received great feedback in response to my thank you emails. Since then it’s been crickets. I know part of this time included the 4th, so perhaps no big deal. But I sent a follow up to hiring manager yesterday and no response. Bad sign? Should I follow up with HR rep instead or just wait it out?

I have an offer for Tech mahindra with DOJ 5th April.
I have placed a counter offer in march with Tech M .They are doing a salary revision with Joining bonus and they said they are waiting for JB approval. They didn’t send the revised offer letter yet. Do they usually take so long for revised offer letter. I have just a day left.

What is the process for giving out Offer Letter in TechM after clearing the interviews? Documentation- Background Check - Offer?

Done with technical round, HR round and also background verification. And got a call from HR for negotiation. But till now not received offer letter. It's been two weeks. Is it always like this in tech Mahindra?? Or should I consider I won't be getting any call back.

It would be great if anyone could help me understand the salary components.
Basic, HRA, Statutory Bonus, flexible components of TFP - fixed ?
TVP(total variable pay) - will be given a monthly salary ?
