My coworker used to say the most passive aggressive and outright aggressive things in front of people. So when we had meetings I would take detailed minutes and make sure to document everything she said word for word without comment or exaggeration. Then I would save it to our corporate shared drive so anyone could access it rather than saving it to our branch location. She doesn't seem to realize the things she says are borderline illegal. HQ thinks shes a high performer but she rarely works.
