Have offers from Deloitte and EY, comparable but D comes in slightly higher. Both offers for their respective AI/ML groups (Applied AI in D, Emerging Tech / AI&ML for EY) in their analytics consulting arms. I've heard good and bad about both... has anyone worked for both these groups? My contact at EY says it's pretty chill. My contact at D is not on the Applied AI team. Current career goal is partner track but focused on applied AI projects. Is either company going to be better for that?

To put things in perspective, I have a friend who did his MS and PhD here. He has published several papers in Nature magazine's health edition. He works with laser technology for next generation cyber knives for use in difficult and complex tumor removal that will in theory reduce collateral damage to other organs in hard to reach places such as in pancreatic cancer patients (because the pancreas is surrounded by the bile duct, liver etc it's a very difficult surgery to do without causing damage to these organs). Despite this, he did not qualify for eb 1a. He got employed by Emory University where he's doing his research and qualified via Emory Uni for eb1 b. He truly deserves an eb 1 gc because his research will potentially save many lives.

No one on this bowl will qualify for eb1a. The requirements list out international recognition as the main criteria along with extraordinary ability.. So Nobel laureates, exceptional athletes, mathematicians and engineers etc of international repute with publications in peer reviewed journals and so on will qualify.
