Pretty much everyone will tell you to work very, very hard. Especially while you’re young, it’s easy to convince yourself this is the way (see grindset ppl on social media)

The most underrated piece of advice I could give you/them is to first really understand the flow of information at your agency. Who is in charge of what, and how shit gets done. Then, optimize that process or be especially valuable to that person.

Of course, this is true in any industry. Just so happens that advertising is even more performative than others, so your efforts will be multiplied due to optics.

I assume Its 1.24 including taxes. 20k is reserved for Performance pay, I believe they will atleast pay 50% i.e 10k per month.

I wasn’t sure which bowl to solicit advice from so hoping to catch a bite here. I’m currently in ID. Of course, I want OUT! My interests are L&E and corporate. My options are 1) wait it out where I am in hopes to switch to L&E or 2) in house oil and gas industry transactional work. What would you do and why?
