It’s a nice family area. Not sure about for a single young person. Probably not the easiest to meet new people.

Live near a Marta station
If your single and no family prospects soon I’d be inside the perimeter. Maybe Brookhaven or somewhere even more uptownish.
I grew up in Gwinnett and it’s great for families with kids but as single you’ll have a harder time connecting to peers.
Less of a scene to interact with
The ages of my neighbors were mixed. Is that what you mean?
Norcross or Peachtree Corners are better for single people

What is there to do in Peachtree corners? I’ll consider it. Location would be very central for me since I go to Alpharetta and Duluth often
Do Cobb instead. Much better to be around people of your same caliber
“Cobb snobb” 😂 someone sounds hurt. Just means in your 20s/ early 30s and single with a higher than average income, Cobb is going to be better suited. Gwinnett is a more dual income, settled down area.
It kinda splits down I85. The west side of the highway is generally nice. The east side of the highway...sketchy. You can use that as a rule of thumb.
Snellville, Loganville, Lilburn and Grayson have all the new homes being built and it’s very nice and safe but more for families than singles nothing sketchy over here plus great school zones.
Grew up in Gwinnett and now live there, but a different part. It's pretty big and housing does depend on where you pick - you could probably find a decent home in Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Duluth, but you start getting to Peachtree corners and Norcross areas and the prices are going to be anywhere from +75-200k for something comparable.
My suggestion is Brookhaven if you're not needing a house.
It’s like every county depends where every city in atl suburbs has good part and bad part so many places have their own area where they do food trucks etc
Brookhaven
To add more context - single F no kids
So, by accident I stumbled upon Brookhaven and drove through Cobb County. Both are beautiful but I fell in love with Brookhaven so I can see why a few of you all said that area would be good for single people. It's so cute! I love spring time!
Once I get on my feet, I would definitely like to move there for sure! I wish they had some padsplits over there.
